The old NPC has been removed from the game and is no longer available.

• New NPC – Hati (Noatum)
A new NPC has been added to the city of Noatum.
From now on, all exclusive missions will be centralized on NPC Hati.
The Water N to Water M exchange, previously handled by the Water Alchemist, has also been moved to NPC Hati.
